| Grandpa's Black Photo Album |
| Grandpa P. had a black leather photo album that I have saved since he passed away in 1973. He started it when he was young, during WWI, though some pictures are older. I could not remove the photos to scan them, they were too fragile, so I scanned the pages separately; they had long come loose from the bindings, the oldest picture was from 1910. Almost 100 years old. Grandpa was a wonderful Grandfather to us kids. We all loved him very much. He loved us too... |
