We are taking bids on the 2008 season of hay production on
approximately 40 Acres (M/L) of lush, green timothy/brome
grass hay mix. This sale is for ALL cuttings for 2008, and,
weather permitting, has produced up to 4 cuttings grossing
approximately 200 Tons of hay (M/L). It is very good horse
hay but is well suited for other animals. The field is located
on the SW corner of Raymond Rd. and Townley Hwy. in
Manitou Beach, MI, 49253. You are welcome to drive by and
view the field between 10 a.m. and dusk but PLEASE DON'T
DRIVE ON THE HAY!!
We are starting the bidding at $2,000.00; CASH UP FRONT.
No Equipment Will Be Allowed To Start Work Until Payment
In FULL Is Received. PLEASE NOTE: We will need the buyer
to set aside enough hay for us to feed our cow and 5
donkeys. Please contact us so that Walt can explain the
details.
Bidders may bid as often as they like but bids must be in
$200 increments, anything less will be canceled. You may bid
in person, by phone or by email. We will post the current
price on this page as soon as possible.

All bids are on a first come basis - whoever bids first with the
highest bid is the current winning bidder. The auction will

results here and phone the winning bidder. We can keep the
winning bidder's name confidential if the buyer so wishes.
